2. Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Account Registration
- Each user is only allowed to hold one (1) account active.
- Registration details must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

- 945 reserves the right to verify user identity through supporting documents at any time.
Password Security
- You are fully responsible for the security of your password and account login information.
- Do not share your login details with any third party.
- You are fully responsible for any activity that occurs through your account.
- Report immediately to 945 support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
945 platform users are required to comply with the following rules at all times while using our services:
- It is prohibited to use the platform for any activities that violate Malaysian law.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform’s security systems is strictly prohibited.
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or other methods to unlawfully access or manipulate the platform is prohibited.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or activities harmful to 945 or other users is prohibited.
- Account opening on behalf of others or transferring accounts to third parties is prohibited.
- Uploading, sending, or distributing illegal, obscene, defamatory, or harmful content via the platform is prohibited.
945 reserves the right to investigate and take action against any violations of these terms, including suspending or closing accounts without prior notice in cases of serious breaches.
4. Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 945 platform are conducted in Malaysian currency — Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including FPX, TNG eWallet, and approved online banking.
Deposit
Deposits to 945 accounts are subject to minimum limits set by the platform. Funds will be credited to your account after successful confirmation from payment providers. 945 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or e-wallet providers.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals will be processed only to bank accounts or e-wallets registered under the user’s name. Withdrawals to third parties or accounts different from the registered account holder name will not be approved. Processing times depend on the withdrawal method chosen and the relevant bank policies.
Suspicious Transactions
945 reserves the right to hold, investigate, or cancel any transactions suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or activities violating these terms. In such cases, additional verification documents may be requested before processing.
5. Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
945 reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts without prior notice due to term violations, suspected fraud, inaccurate account information, or at the request of relevant authorities. Any remaining balance is subject to investigation before withdrawal.
Limitation of Liability
The 945 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. 945 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, data loss, or system failures beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 945 platform including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software code, and related materials are the exclusive property of 945 or its licensors. Users are not allowed to copy, distribute, republish, modify, or exploit any part of this content without prior written permission from 945.
